Future School and AVRadio

The Future School children collaborated in creating advertising for their School and the Solar Kitchen in a hands on approach to be introduced to AurovilleRadio’s work, the seminar involved writing content, recording and editing sound.

A literature evening with Akash Kapur and William Dalrymple. 
Both writers give you an appointment for a literary evening combining knowledge of Indian history, analysis of the present and visions of the future of this great country.
Return of a King: The Battle for Afghanistan, by William Dalrymple and India Becoming: A Portait of Life in Modern India, by Akash Kapur, have just been published in French.
A wonderful opportunity to attend what promises to be an exciting exchange between the most popular British expert on South Asian History and one of the finest talents in contemporary Indian Literature, hailing from Pondicherry.

Happy Diwali

On Thursday 23 partial Solar Eclipse which is a north nodal eclipse, suggesting that we are being called to develop new skills and talents through independent effort.For the second year in a row, the eclipse falls on Diwali, the Indian festival of lights. There will be some events for our community tomorrow, at Bharat Nivas at Sri Aurobindo’s 7pm with fireworks for all our children (at the entrance of the Auditorium) and celebration will continue with 7.45 pm with  live concert of Fusion music. Upasana will celebrate on Thursday 23rd of Oct from 6 pm onwards. Tomorrow between  4.30 to 6.30 pm at b SAIIER Conference Hall The Auroville Campus Initiative (ACI) is happy to present Learning Collectively: The Auroville Economy (Part2) the Auroville learning forum from Aurovilians for Aurovilians.
