Read more

Dr. Dalal, whose compilations have been a guide for many people, and whose book "A Greater Psychology" puts Ken Wilber's Integral Psychology in perspective with its source, has just released his new book: "Eckhart Tolle and Sri Aurobindo." It could be seen as a landmark in spiritual literature, as he describes the commonalities, the contrasts, and the inspiration he has gained from both Tolle's and Sri Aurobindo's teachings. Instead of pitting one against the other, he sees and presents the bridges between the two, which can also be a bridge onward and upward.

Dr. Marc Luyckx Ghisi, vice chair of Auroville's International Advisory Council, and advisor to the presidents Delors and Santer at the European Commission, talks about his last book “The Knowledge Society”. The just released book is a synthesis of today's issues of globalization, the transition to post-industrial life and changing paradigmas in science, economics and management, all enfolded in a deep cultural analysis of changing ethical, religious and spiritual values that will create a planetary society based on matrifocal values and cultural creativity.

So describes Lloyd, his step from the life of an art-and music critic in roaring Amsterdam to the solitude of residing in a keet hut in Auroville's Green Belt. Writing poetry, first a means to fight the loneliness, became his passion. That was 1981. Meanwhile the dedicated poet returned to “civilization” by moving into Creativity, a community in Auroville's city area. BETWEEN THE LINES is the title of Lloyd's book of poems on nature and love, collected in the last 17 years. For AurovilleRadio, the author shares his insights about the process of writing and his inspirations.
