Mukhtyar Ali group from Rajasthan at Kabir Festival (Photographer: Maria)Mukhtyar Ali represents the 26th generation of Mirasi Sufi singer from Bikaner and blends the Rajasthani folk idiom with refined classicism, singing the poetry of Kabir, Mira and other Sufi poets as Bulleh Shah. His performances in Auroville were very fascinating.
