| | Sunday, 04 December 2011 | That Shakespeare is far from being boring proved group of actors, mainly consisted from Aikiyam School Students, and lots of good will of volunteers all leaded by Hazel from Manchester. Short span of time they had to put play on the stage didn't stop them to do it the best they could. Dialogs were well learnt and spoken, costumes colorful and set simple but adequate to bring out the magic of the play and theater experience itself. On the premiere on Firday 2nd of December first audience were Aikiyam students enjoyed and laughed in it.

| | Thursday, 13 October 2011 | With sparkling eyes and always present smile on her face Rebecca is one of very interesting long term guest we can see around for almost a year now. Her curiosity and a quest to finish her phd thesis on community and belonging brought her to Auroville. And since the method of research is ethnography in anthropology with participant observation she involved herself in few projects. In one she works for SAVI , interviewing units holders in order to design web page which will bring more useful informations to potential volunteers.

| | Friday, 08 April 2011 | A wall is not necessarily only a wall; from this idea came an inspiration to create a musical wall explains Manu, an architect and one of the caretakers at International House, in the International Zone. Carma and Leonardo arrived just in time, and with the right skills to implement this idea. Leonardo started to work on instruments right away in cooperation and technical support from Swaram, and after two months of extensive work, some instruments were ready to be use, and placed into or next to the wall. Discussion was on musical walls and other topics, with the sound of instruments played, all made from recycled materials.

| | Friday, 13 August 2010 | Steffi, a volunteer from Germany who joined our team for good ten months just left. In the interview with Andrea we found out how she sees Auroville, its idea, life... As she said, she hasn't evolved so much on the professional level of radio speaker and journalist because that was the line of work she was already doing in Germany, but Auroville brought more clarity in her life. Trough yoga and some other activities she participated in she's not only more clear about her life, and life goals, but she's also more happy, contented with herself, but, as she said, she hasn't explore all of it yet. Here she met many talented and creative people, and was amazed over the quality of cultural life and events. | | Tuesday, 25 May 2010 | Udavi Payanam – that is Tamil and means 'helpful travel'. It is a new network in the internet for volunteers created my Malia. She volunteered in Auroville for some months and got inspired. With the network she wants to help travellers to find organisations they can volunteer for and she is plannng to give workshops with recycled materials.
