Steffi, a volunteer from Germany who joined our team for good ten months just left. In the interview with Andrea we found out how she sees Auroville, its idea, life... As she said, she hasn't evolved so much on the professional level of radio speaker and journalist because that was the line of work she was already doing in Germany, but Auroville brought more clarity in her life. Trough yoga and some other activities she participated in she's not only more clear about her life, and life goals, but she's also more happy, contented with herself, but, as she said, she hasn't explore all of it yet. Here she met many talented and creative people, and was amazed over the quality of cultural life and events. Auroville she sees as a project in process, and positive for its continuation.

Vinu, who has been volunteering in the AurovilleRadio in the months of June and July is leaving back to studies in Anna University, Chennai. Before going back, he shares his experiences here with Andrea, who actually invited him for volunteering in AurovilleRadio. He talks about how the radio experience and the personal experiences here, like meeting people around the world changed him as a person and made him grow rapidly in a very short time. He also talks about his stay in Mitra and meeting young energies around the world, he opens his views about the financial difficulties for an Indian volunteer if he has to pay for his stay and food.

Its off season for Guests in Mitra Youth Hostel usually in June according to its manager Usha, but Mitra is full with guests this time and one must be there to experience the energy level there, its full of visions, dreams and experiences flowing and they all thank Auroville for their experiences here and for the inspiration it gives to them. Being new to Auroville and being a guest is a living dream as they put it and they seemed to be really surprised at the way the Aurovilians create harmony with nature, here is a collection of their testimonies.

Udavi Payanam – that is Tamil and means 'helpful travel'. It is a new network in the internet for volunteers created my Malia. She volunteered in Auroville for some months and got inspired. With the network she wants to help travellers to find organisations they can volunteer for and she is plannng to give workshops with recycled materials. Sono gia' passati due mesi e mezzo da quando ho cominciato lo stage qui ad AurovilleRadio e sfortunatamente e' arrivato il giorno di rispolverare lo zaino e di cominciare a riempirlo per ritornare nella cara vecchia Italia. I vestiti coloratissimi ed una statua di Ganesh si stipano assieme alle scarpe ed ai vestiti pesanti che presto indossero' nel viaggio di ritorno. Mentre un'incenso brucia lentamente lasciando il suo delicato aroma nell'aria con una certa tristezza salgono i ricordi di questi felicissimi e costruttivi mesi. Sono davvero fiero di aver contribuito nel mio piccolo alla crescita di questa radio e volevo utilizzare questo programma per ringraziare tutto il team per la carica di energia positiva che mi hanno lasciato.
