Integral Yoga in daily life

Njal, an aurovilian who came from Germany in 1990 and  who works with organic agriculture, invites people to change their everyday habits. He wants one to think about the disconnected life people have, even here in Auroville.  His proposal is that people adopt the integral yoga in daily life, integrating private and working life into only one thing. For instance: instead of going by motorised transport everywhere, including to the gim, or swimming pool,  to go walk or cycle instead. He declares an integration in everything  one does and contributing towards one's good and at the same time  for the health and happiness of the community.
