Menon, gave us a very interesting and instructive presentation at the Freeland bookshop. Her research is based on how organic food is being marketed and sold in Indian cities. The presentation focused on key challenges and success strategies for this. Organic food is becoming more readily available in Hyderabad, Mumbai and Bangalore. Osswald is currently working on an organic farm in Auroville in order to gain some practical farming experience. Read more

Sunday sees Kolam Dance and Drawing with Grace, from 9am to 12 noon, in Douceur. Playing guitar and singing soft songs, they created a very different energy. The Kabir says "O my heart became a dancer and danced, and when you dance, when you hear the drums of the wisdom of Dhayan and the sounds of bliss beating days and nights, it is so blissful that it spreads even to the land of death". Sadhana Forest (Photographer: web)On Saturday at 8pm, there will be live music with Nuria, Matt, Martin, Mishko, and Rahul offering Catalan-Spanish Songs at Cripa. On the same day, at 9am, Drupad is giving a 24hr non stop Mime Performance in the Sacred Grove Community. It ends on Sunday January 4th at 9am. On Saturday, Sadhana Forest kicks off its 10th Birthday celebrations, at 1pm. They start with workshops for children and end on Sunday morning. As of Saturday 8pm, there will be Kabir music performed by acclaimed musicians, all night. It is a free event, even providing shuttle buses from and to the Solar Kitchen throughout the day and night.
