Selection & Organization Process
Yesterday, a new Organization and Selection Process for the Working Committee and the Auroville Council was presented to the community. The study team gave the presentation at the Unity Pavilion. The Process aims to upgrade the current governance of Auroville, on two levels: Values and Organization. The current draft is available to everyone for feedback. Modifications can be suggested up until the next Resident Assembly meeting, scheduled for November 23rd. Aiming to break with the past and to put the 12 qualities back in the centre, it presents a new approach.
