‘What are the human resources for industrial growth?’ This was the question in a presentation made last September on the socio-economic development in Auroville by the socio-economic section of l’Avenir. Therefore a survey was conducted over the last few months and Harini, Martin and Vikram, who are part of a team, duly presented it. The main theme concentrated on the commercial units and on the youth, both inside and outside of Auroville, as human resources. Here you can listen to the main results.
