Strength, if it is spiritual, is a power for spiritual realisation; a greater power is sincerity; the greatest power of all is Grace. I have said times without number that if a man is sincere, he will go through in spite of long delay and overwhelming difficulties. I have repeatedly spoken of the Divine Grace. I have referred any number of times to the line of the Gita:
“I will deliver thee from all sin and evil, do not grieve.”

An aimless life is always a miserable life.
Every one of you should have an aim. But do not forget that on the quality of your aim will depend the quality of your life.
Your aim should be high and wide, generous and disinterested; this will make your life precious to yourself and to others.
But whatever your ideal, it cannot be perfectly realised unless you have realised perfection in yourself.
The Mother , “On Education”
Fabian did a fabulous job in presenting, the circumstances of 16 new projects , all under development and waiting for various approvals. There was a lot of content to cover and a lot of pending inquiries by the Aurovilians, who attended the presentation. The ultimate intention of the GM presentation was to get a clear consensus on opinions of the residents on the projects. But, many Aurovilians it seemed, had no background information about some of the projects, which led to detailed narratives, which was apart from the intended flow of the presentation. Nonetheless, the residents were quite unified on issues of allocation of lands, in non-complimentary zones. The residents, requested for more data onto the projects, which could only then create a premise of decisions and opinions. ITDC acknowledged these concerns of insufficient data available, and were open for suggestions and volunteers to fill the gaps in administration. Data on lands is formulative of many agencies and thus can always only be a summary of things.
At the on-set it is observed, couple of projects have strong objections, by Aurovillians and ITDC seemed to have no way of reaching a clear verdict.
Tranquility at the Tibetan pavilion.
Vera does her magic again with the peace bells, currently at home with the Tibetan pavilion. People got a golden opportunity to experience tranquility and peace, be able to deeply connect within themselves and also the cosmos around them. This was possible only by the powerful instrument we have from Russia, The Peace Bell.
To everyone good fortune, the Bell master who has invented the bell itself was here in Auroville just that very day. The Peace Bell now tuned to be even more harmonious, gave an experience of trance to all the audience of the concert. Vera invited everyone to also experience playing the Peace Bell, which was for some, quite a revelation.
Thanks goes also to Tibetan Pavilion for not only hosting the bell but regularly having such introduction concerts. The Peace Performance was scheduled to be on, what is called ‘White Wednesday’, Tibetans all around the world are now joining hands and bringing awareness about situation in Tibet every Wednesday. We all support the cause of restoring peace again in the lands of Tibet, and we have special Peace Bell to emphasis our support.
