A Carnatic Concert Under the Stars

Last night we had a chance to hear again amazing musician Krishna Kumar on vocals with Sowri Rajan on percussion at SAWCHU, Bharat Nivas, Pavilion of India with a poetic title “A Carnatic Concert Under the Stars”.
Both Krihsna and Sowri are musicians by heart, and since early childhood. Krishna shared with the audience origin of the songs, which are dated centuries back through many sages and musical gurus. Carnatci music, as classical South Indian music carry in the songs the spirit of the space in its own particularity , and most of them are praising gods in every day humble living.
