A Cup of Joy – ep.2 “You like to move it, move it!”

In this episode we’ll be talking about the universal need we all have for physical movement so we can stay healthy and balanced in our body-mind. During the conversation we’ll discuss about how important it is to choose what we like, to find the right motivation, to create habits which will sustain our practices in an effortless way. We will also talk about the determining influence of mental attitude as well as the possibility of grooving in our brains the equation: “exercise = pleasure” by activating our internal reward mechanism. Eventually we’ll offer some guidelines that can help you choose the kind, modality and frequency of your practices so that they can easily fit in your day-to-day life.
