Audible Weed Walk – ep.31 “Recognizing, appreciating and eating is unshackling weedy food”

I thought wild green had to address the stigma of it being “poor person’s food”. I think I have to delve deeper for the true issue. The medicinal and other usage we hear about may be limited compared to the range of usage and knowledge that lies with the Dalit community – who dependeds lot more on uncultivated greens for food. If we all start recognizing, appreciating, connecting, and eating with the wild weedy greens around us,  – we will in our own small way unshackle them.
