In this podcast delve into the traditional celebratory meals from different regions and try to rummage through the popular meals to find what was traditional and if they made sense with what is to be eaten at this season – bitter, astringent, and a touch of sweet. I also share a recipe or two if you listen carefully. They are recipes for bitters of the season but try them out – they are really yummy.
