How to worship, to receive spiritual teachings and to have spiritual experiences.
Mother speaks about the three things we need to do to make our physical acts of worship into living spiritual experience. She also describes the right way to listen to spiritual teaching and how to have a spiritual experience. Then she tells the students how necessary it is that they make the effort not to fall back into the old ways of the outside world if they want to profit from their stay in the Ashram, because they are in a place where work is being done to bring something new into the world.
