This week we discuss the welcome changes in the Entry Policy and the need for other groups (planning, housing, finance) to make similar changes in their emphasis for an effective forward movement. Does the form have more importance than the content? We may have many beautiful school buildings but few teachers. Our prioritees are not based on the human element but on the exterior development. Is this sustainable?
