The Supreme Says Mankind Doesn’t Want to Evolve Quickly
Savitri is now speaking with the Supreme All-Consciousness in his true persona of Light and Eternal Life, just as she conversed with him when he wore his dark mask of Death. However, there are great differences in the way the Supreme speaks to Savitri. He cautions Savitri against trying to push man’s evolution too quickly out of her great love for mankind and her wish for mankind’s progress. Unlike Death, who claimed that man could never change, the Supreme says that man holds the key to unlock a conscious door, but his inconscient base holds him back and slows everything down. He says that most men are built on Nature’s early plan. They are not the more evolved beings who want to progress faster. Only a few spirits are ready for this. The Supreme knows that Savitri is the Divine Mother. He tells her to leave man’s evolution to the long act of time and to pass back into the Power from which she came.
