In Part 1 of this series, AurovilleRadio had an enlightening conversation with Daniel, the creator of the much-beloved Tanto restaurant. He spoke about his storied history with Auroville, and what eventually led him to open up his restaurant, and how Tanto offers a little something for everyone who comes through its doors.
