Women`s Circle Discusses Safety
The women’s circle met Wednesday evening to discuss the always-pressing issue of women’s safety on the roads in Auroville. One male represented, and new ideas were brought forth. The general sentiment was to release the fear, as we attract what we focus on, as well as to find a way to empower the men who are abusers. An evening group meditation under the banyan tree for protection and more safety checks were proposed. The group struggled to branch the gap between the physical and the metaphysical solutions.
