In a world where we have to cope increasingly with the effects of climate change, disrupted cropping patterns and various health concerns, incorporating all those three diversities genetic, species, and ecosystem diversity — makes a lot of sense to maker our food healthy, accessible, such that it makes the earth and our body strong and resilient.
