Being consciously humane – is important. One thing that Covid has taught us, highlighted to us, actually screaming and telling us – that despite what we may think we are part of Nature. We need to take care of ourselves better and that word OURSELVES extends beyond our own body, it extends to other people, other non-human beings, to the earth itself. Let us put our conscious attention in doing that and it will lead us back to health, – a healthy self, healthy Nature, and healthy planet.
