Audible Weed Walk – Ep.74 “A prickly case of ignored food”

This food is be excellent for gut health, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, anti-diabetic, anti-depressant, heals liver, and many others. On top it is yummy, versatile. Not just that, an insect association with the fruit has produced a dye that is used as the most vibrant natural dye for centuries. Yet, what do we do?
