Gloria Campaner's live pianoforte concert at Cripa

Last week we had the pleasure to meet and interview the internationally awarded pianist Gloria Campaner from Italy. Gloria Campaner is laureate of the Paderewski International Competition in Los Angeles, the IBLA Grand Prize in Sicily & New York, the XI Concours International de Musique de Maroc in Casablanca, the Pro Europa Priza Freiburg and in 2014 she was the first female Italian pianist ever awarded by the Borletti-Buitoni Trust in London. She’s played as a soloist and chamber musician all over the world collaborating with many artists coming from different styles of music also, like jazz, contemporary and electronic music.

On Tuesday 21st January, thanks to The Italian Pavilion of Auroville and with the support of Istituto Italiano di Cultura from New Delhi Italian Embassy, Gloria Campaner delighted the audience of Cripa with a lunar series of musical compositions and we had the pleasure to inteview her in our studio (video).

The concert ended with gift from the pianist, a composition dedicated to the Mother by the Estonian composer Arvo Pärt.
