Introduction to the relaxation sessions.

The masters observed that the body responds to thought. We us this connection to help relax the body. It is also important to stay simple in wording and to repeat them. We thus help create a relaxation response, enabling to go deeper and reaching more profound levels of relaxation. This is the basic foundation to then go into other techniques, using the Prana to heal the body for example.

– Be comfortable. Use a softer mat etc. Phone switched off. Try not to be disturbed.
– Check the volume.
