'Voice That Touches Your Heart' – Concert with Christabel and Friends
On Tuesday night, 16 October 2018, at Unity Pavilion Christabel and friends connected with their audience presenting a variety of songs that have special meaning – they touch the heart. Songs such as ‘Ode To My Family’ by the Cranberries, ‘Chandelier’ by Sia and an original song, ‘Jeanne Meri Jaan’, gave us an insight into her authentic expression. Jade played sterling flute and sang lovely harmonies which added a light and whimsical dimension to Christabel’s warm and pleasantly mutable style.
Sanjana from Pondicherry sang and accompanied herself on guitar with her original song ‘If We Could Fly’ and more. The whole concert left the attendees with a powerful yet soothing feeling especially with closing selections of ‘Teri Deewani’ by Kailash Kher and ‘Country Roads’ by John Denver.
