Dr. Geeta, a follower of Mother and Sri Aurobindo is practicing Yoga, Ayurveda and Naturopathy for the past 40 years. Coming from Pondichery where she has her office, she gave almost one and half hour of presentation about what is Ayurveda and how to apply some of the principles in your daily life.
