Mother explains how we can light the flame of our soul, the psychic flame. She says we can see and feel this flame in the inner planes of our being, and she tells us what we can do to increase our psychic flame. Then she gives two methods which everyone can use to help someone in difficulty or danger when they are far away. She also speaks of the action of the Divine Grace and our perception of it.
