Spirit of Celebration from the Navratri Garba Dance

The Navratri Garba Dance held at SAWCHU in BHARAT NIVAS proved to be an immense joyful coming together of all cultures inside auroville. The festive beats of the Indian traditional music with the enthusiastic circular dance from the people of auroville truly set the Navratri celebrations to an ultimate high. The Garba Dance being filled with the whole spectrum of color through the spiral floral arrangements and the colorful attire of the beautiful spirited people of auroville was a true spectacle to the attendees. The Gujju Garba Group through their organisation and also with their tender and sweet Gujarati snacks warmed the hearts of everyone at SAWCHU. Ms. FALGUNI and Ms. RAKHI of the Gujju Garba Group share their voice with Auroville Radio to help us connect more deeply with the festival of Navratri and the spirit of the mother goddess.
