Art of Relaxation

Relaxation is an art form which needs time to develop and techniques to master.
Hans is a teacher of The Art of Chi: Tai Ji Quan and Chi Qong, and Body Awareness since 25 years. Here he presents the basic relaxation techniques. This is the first of the series. He is also working with The University of Human Unity, doing research of the body in the light of the Integral Paradigm of Knowledge. Enjoy the adventure!
