The King's search for complete consciousness draws him into a secret air of self, where he sees the World Stair, the secret stair to Being's goal. It contains the universal planes. His soul calls him to its high summit.
King Aswapati crosses the occult guardian border into worlds Beyond. He sees the stairway going between All-Consciousness and the Inconscient. He sees deathless countries beyond, and breaks into another space and time.
King Aswapati's being is changed by a descent of spiritual force. A new self can take the place of his old limitations and repressed consciousness. Nature surrenders herself and her powers to the King.
A lone forerunner of the godward earth, King Aswapati becomes conscious of humanity's greater destiny. Aspiring to bring down a greater world, he turns to his immense spiritual fate.
The Immanent lives in man as in his house. His own self's truth he seeks who is the Truth. He is the player who became the play, he is the thinker who became the thought, he is the many who was the silent One.
"There are Two who are One and play in many worlds; in Knowledge and Ignorance they have spoken and met and light and darkness are their eyes' interchange. ... This is the knot that ties together the stars;"
Man must realise his own Truth, that he is both Spirit and Matter joined and fully conscious in all parts of his being. The Gods Man has always worshipped will not answer his prayers for help.
Our physical bodies will become conscious. In Matter shall be lit the Spirit's glow. Our whole being will receive the Truth-Light. It is God's plan for earth to wake to its own divinity.
The King is ready for the secret knowledge that we all have within us. Even when we remain in ignorance, we are growing towards the Light.
