Anveshan or River Journey, Experiences of AV Youth
On Firday 4th of January at Multi Media Centre in Town Hall Anveshan presented some of the river journeys by Auroville youth who embarked on their special "journey" to gain knowledge and experiences a little bit unconventional.
One must achieve a total change of consciousness to make real, lasting changes in oneself. The first blossoming of the soul shows the path and the goal. Every minute you must choose from your inner truth between what drags you down or draws you up.

Mother teaches in clear detail about the influences which enter into us from the outside and where they come from and how they move and control us - all this without our knowing it. They will stay all our lives unless we work to free ourselves from them.
Nothing we want to do is impossible. Everything is contained in the Consciousness of the Supreme and will manifest. If we think something is impossible for us, it is already in our consciousness and it can be possible for us if we want it and work for it.
Dr Tsewan Tamdin on Tibetan Medicine and the astro-sciences
Dr Tamdin is chairman of the Tibetan Medicine & Astrology Institute, and physician to H.H. The Dalai Lama. After travelling from his home and practice in Dharamsala yesterday, he delivered a talk in the Tibetan Pavillion.
