Guided Meditation- for Meetings
This is a short (5min) guided meditation to start a meeting.
Yoga for the Tibetain Pavilion
Jacob, an experienced yoga teacher from Denmark, gave classes at the Tibetan Pavilion for the past six weeks.
Classes were offered on a donation basis. According to him , "The biggest yoga exercise is to let people choose what it is worth for them."
This initiative has been a success and the benefits were received by the Tibetan Pavilion.
In this interview Jacob discuss about his experience in Auroville and as a yoga teacher.

This week Mother speaks about the soul and its influence on the higher parts of our being and about the difference between practicing magic and occultism and the difference between magical power and spiritual power. She also explains the dangers of doing spiritual practices with the ambition to get powers. This week we do not have the original French tape recording of the class. In those days it was difficult to get the recording tape, and often, after a the recording of a class had been transcribed, they had to erase the tape and use it to record the next class.
